let's look out far and beyond these oceans ahead of us

Oops seems like i haven't updated this blog in ages, considering the last post to have been even before level camp-.-" Haven't had the time to, especially with all the performance rehearsals and coping with workload, our class has homework like everyday?! Level camp is already over, and even cs concert is over. Suddenly the tides have subsided and the sea's going back to it's original calm. There seems like nothing to worry and pia and chiong anymore ):

Friday was cs concert, which is also 青春旋律, Rhapsody of Spring. I am really really glad that everyone put in their best to make this concert a success. Heard that only 40-50 tickets were left unsold in the end :) I seriously needa spend time catching up with academics, so detailed post later, and i promise it will be really soon. I enjoyed being a performer on stage and a help backstage that day, and i really hope the audience enjoyed our performance! :)

Not many people have thought much of cs concert, thinking that everything would be cheena stuff. Well, i know some of them really dislike chinese so they would never want to attend the concert. How many times have i been rejected in the face when i asked, how many times have i caught that facial expression you had on your face when i mentioned about it, how many times have i received smses that you all couldn't make it in the end. How many times have i had false hope about presenting my best to my friends, how many times have i stared into the audience and remembered nobody was there, how many times have i yearned for someone to call out my name at least or looked for me after the concert. But i knew it well. There was nobody. It was a fact. And it's over.

Nevertheless, thank you to all my friends and classmates for being so helpful and caring and understanding during all this time that i had to dedicate to cca instead of school work and projects. I am really really sorry that i haven't helped you all (cassandra, deborah and jiayi) out in many projects and i realized i've contributed almost nothing yet take all the credits. I'm sorry, i'll try my best to help out more next time, please give me more chances.

I shall post more into details about level camp soon, i'm so sorry szeying, 'cause you're gonna have to wait even longer for the detailed post. And also, i still owe the primary school quiz thing sheesh. I think i have accumulated alotttt of homework although i wonder if the teachers have found out :/ What matters is that i know i have put in my best for my cca, and i have contributed to this whole success. Most importantly, i know i love my cca and all the sacrifices that we have all put in is worth it. 我爱中文学会! 学会万岁! :)
